Profiling: series with thermal break through polyamides with European channel. It has a gasket on the leaf and a central gasket on the frame.
AEV trials: According to the UNE-EN 14351-1: 2006 + A1 standard, air permeability "Class 4", watertightness "Class AE750", resistance to wind load "Class C5" (values obtained from window 1480 × 1230 2 sheets ).
Thermal calculation: Uw = 2.3 W / m²K according to standard EN.ISO 10077-2: 2012 considering double glazing in a 1480 × 1230 2-leaf window (4-16-4 with low emissivity + argon). The product is considered as mid-high range fulfilling all the objectives with exceptional results within its category.
Glass: The glass is composed of 2 layers, on the inside a 4mm low-e glass, between the glasses a 16mm chamber with 90% argon gas and on the outside, another 4mm glass, always with double glazing. Opening to the right from inside the house (see diagram). The glass is held in place by an interior bead and an exterior joint. All gaskets are made of high quality EPDM material.
Blind drawer: pvc blind box with high thermal insulation chamber and profiled aluminum slats injected with expanded polystyrene and extruded terminal.
Shutter motorization: blind motor installed and regulated Italian brand nice ttgo 15 Nm analog. It incorporates a 2 meter connection cable that comes out laterally through the right front of the blind box
Motorization button: the product is delivered with a specific button for shutter motors and with a connection manual. Includes a universal recessed box for work.
Locking system: high quality aluminum cremone bolt with three positions, closed and practicable and hinged. Knitted closure on various points of the frame.
Security level: Depending on the dimension, they are installed from two points to four points. In balcony doors, a third closing point is installed on the side between the hinges to create greater resistance in security and improve the level of watertightness.
Accessory regulation: the hardware system allows three-dimensional regulation.
