Our warehouse is affected by the DANA

Following the DANA on October 29 in Valencia, our finished product warehouse was affected by flooding and this meant that we had to stop sending orders to our customers.

It will take us weeks to be able to re-establish the delivery of all references, since the stored material will be discarded and everything affected will have to be re-produced. We will re-establish our delivery service in 24 hours in a staggered manner. We will start with the best-selling references and we will update our stock according to the current production capacities.

We estimate that the express shipping service can be operational for all our references within a couple of weeks.

Please note that you can place your order and we will send it to you as soon as we have stock. We will keep you informed of the expected shipping date and you can always cancel your order if you wish.
